Family fun for all ages. Lots to do, great for rain or sun
We love the ginger factory. It’s a great place for a family day. It caters to all ages. The staff are always super friendly and it is always clean and tidy. Really love scones and coffee too Great gift shop, always take visitors here when they come to the Sunshine Coast

Factory was closed when we arrived there with my family. There was no communication to inform the people about the cancellation.
I booked the ticket to have a visit with my two kids. Unfortunately, it got rainy on the day and we decided to still drive to the factory as there was no way to cancel to reschedule. I even called and I was told the factory is open and work as normal in rainy day. When we arrived at the factory, we were told the factory was closed due to the power shutdown and thunderstorm. There was no communication to inform people of this cancellation. So people didn't have to put their lives at risk on the road on such a heavily rainy day.

Loved it! The process was so simple and we saved a bunch of money buying from Experience Oz.
What a great day out. I was especially happy to find a cheaper price here on Experience Oz. Sometimes when you buy from a 3rd party, things can go wrong - but we arrived, gave our names and they found our booking right away. We were in within minutes, enjoying the Ginger Factory. Thank you! :)
